There are 2 guides on the frame and both have broken. I believe the measure is 1-1/16 ? Is this something you carry? Please give me pricing, delivery charge and probable delay.

Hi, My window balance shoes with the coils break off and on when taking the windows out to clean them (one size fit every size window, pic below). The company that installed them use to just give me 4-5 at a time when I would go there for a new one. But like everything else they no longer have them ... (cont.)

I'd like to replace my single-hung window sash counterbalances and was hoping you could identify the part. I've attached pictures. The balances are 21" long (not including attachments). The stamp on them reads 20 D with B.S.I. stamped sideways. Thanks for the assistance!

Part is from an older Harvey casement window about 1988-89. Only numbers found were US. PATENT # 4505601, UK patent # 2135397. Housing is 5.5 inches long. The length of the shorter bar is 3 and 7/8 inches The track arm is 7 and 7/8 inches Limit arm is approx. 6 inches. If you have this, I'd be very grateful!

I have attached a photo of the balances in my windows. One has broke and many have so much tension that they will pop out next time I try to open the window. Do you have the replacement balance available?

I'm trying to I d. this door lock to replace it. Seems like the inners guts are worn out. Was able to take out entire inner mechanism and it has number 1334291 stamped on it. Can you help me identify this lock and do you sell a replacement?Matt

I bought this house used and these are contractor grade windows, I don't know who makes them. The metal/metal length is 29". The channel is 9/16" wide and 9/16" deep. Both balance top and shoe are winged. I think the balance top is probably a 19-005. As for the shoe, I think it resembles a 15-029. D ... (cont.)
