Mafele hing for the opening

Our desk was known at the At Home collection sold at Organized Living stores in the early 2000's. I think it was a cheaper brand made by the company that made Techline. It appears to be a drawer bumper / stopper. It's installed on the far end of the drawer slide/glide.

Purchased Stanely Martin home in 2007. Quality Cabinets-- the manufacture are in the kitchen. I have a number of drawers that no longer slide nor lock. As you can see this mechanism is broken. I would like to purchase several drawer replacements. Can you help?John

Need a replacement part for cabinet. Received one order- item 32-119 however it may not have been the correct one. If it helps the part is 2 and 5/8 in. long. On the broken one I have the only marking it has is R for the right hand side.
