Hi my cabinet hinges need to be replaced and it's like looking for a needle in a haystack! I have attached some photographs of the precise hinges that I need 6 of. I saw one on eBay recently, but I need 6. Thanks for your help!

My old kitchen cabinet hinges say pat 3391420 US. I was initially going to just replace them, then noticed that all hinges of similar size have the 3 screw holes reversed (2 next to the hinge, 1 on the outside). The large kitchen drawer (22 w x 23 L x 10 deep) will no longer stay inside the cabinet. The rear brackets are cracked and broken. We might also need new sliders that attach to each side of the cabinet. Can you help?

The Picture is for a Slide Locking Device for a drawer slide. it is approx 2"x3" it is marked L (Left) on the bottom. The items and the drawer slides do not have any manufacturer markings or numbers on it aside from a R on both slides of the slides and what I believe is a date code of 11-08 ... (cont.)
