The large kitchen drawer (22 w x 23 L x 10 deep) will no longer stay inside the cabinet. The rear brackets are cracked and broken. We might also need new sliders that attach to each side of the cabinet. Can you help?

My cabinet maker and Rockler.com both threw their hands up at this one. Do you have my drawer sockets?

The Picture is for a Slide Locking Device for a drawer slide. it is approx 2"x3" it is marked L (Left) on the bottom. The items and the drawer slides do not have any manufacturer markings or numbers on it aside from a R on both slides of the slides and what I believe is a date code of 11-08 ... (cont.)

New construction i 2013. The cabinets are Armstrong, and the plastic socket does not use screws because it attaches to thin wood on an island. See photos of hinge. The portion that screws in to the cabinet (with one screw) is 2 3/4 inches high and the portion that screws (with 2 screws) into the cabinet door is 1 1/2 inch high.
