Drawer slide back mount. KV1284-3 looking for replacement

Hello - I need a replacement for a broken plastic sliding drawer mount. The photo shows the "tabs" that go into the back of the cabinet, the metal drawer slider slides into the C shape on the front

This is the front left support bracket for a Kraftmaid Roll Out Tray. The tray is 31" wide and 24" deep. Kraftmaid's website does not show this particular support bracket. The one that is shown on the website is not the same shape. The photo showing the removed bracket shows 2 separate pieces. That ... (cont.)

Looking for replacement part

Looking inside the cup with the curve on the bottom, in the center it says Grass. The number at the upper left is 850 with 01 under it. The number in the upper right is 97-11. Across the bottom the patient # is RE 34.995

Was wondering if you carry this or can identify who would, or if there is an easy retrofit for this rear slide mount and socket

1 3/4 plastic hinge adapter

No markings or names on pulls found. Measurement from center of drilled hokes is 1 and 6/15".

I need 2 of these blum hinges

I am replacing my hinges and wanted to know if this can be matched The flat part is 1 1/2 inches long 1 inch wide trying to find one as close as possible so I don't have to fill and drill holes in my door. I will need 43 hinges

I'm looking for two drawer slides as shown in the photo. The important measurements are on the bottom for the guide they slide into. The very bottom is 1-3/8", and the indented measurement is 1-1/8". Thanks for your help.
