I need replacement 2640 channel balance for my Viking vinyl windows

I don't know what part number this is but I need (10) ten this piece holds the channel balance in place, if someone can help me with this product and information how to identify and purchase, your help with this would be greatly appreciated, thank you......

Hi, do you guys sell this kind of roller? It has a flange at the top but its deformed. The length is 1-3/4". The thickness without flange is 1/4", with flange is 3/8". Diameter of the roller is 3/8"

The wheel is 3/4". It is offset 5/8". I could still use the 1/2" off set and shim it, but the 3/4" wheel that I need is not flat like your wheels but more rounded to fit in the track.
