I have 20 year old patio door, labeled patio door 51168, not sure of maker but the pins on the right side of the door lock are bent and can't lock door.

I trying to see what channel balance I need. I measured It at it says 27 inches but the stamp says 26. So just a little confused on which one I need

The number on the balancer is 34tg they are semco windows and the house was built around 1997.

5" straight arm stamped 30866. No stamp on bent arm. Bent arm measures approximately 3.625" pivot to pivot. My customer needs this part ASAP. Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you!
