Pivot bar identification

I need to replace this 2.5. inch pivot bar from a tilting window. These are to fit into swissco S140-12 coil balance. Distance from the end of the pivot bar to the two screw holes is 1-3/16" and 1-7/8".

Hello, I could really use your help identifying a piece of hardware that has broken off of my enclosed Sun Porch awning window. it's the piece which holds on to the bar at the bottom of the window and glides as window cranks open.

Channel Ballances

My channel balance metal part only measures 24 5/8 inches long. It is the 1/2 inch channel. The only stamp noted is 24 - 3. The measurement from the top of the plastic end to the top of the wing is 1 inch. I'm thinking to the bottom of the wing would probably be the 1 3/32 you show. The length seems ... (cont.)
