Two different windows with different bolt styles. 30 years old. Want to sell house so interestied in buying correct bolts to repair the storm windows of the entire house. Thank you for your help. All items are plastic.

Basement window hardware - opens up and out

I am looking to repair a window with a faulty balance system.

The crank gear mechanism I need is from the Crestline casement windows that were in stalled in my house about 43 years ago. The overall length of the arm and gears is about 12 inches. Reverse side TRUTH P/N is LH45135

Attached is a little plastic clamp that holds the track in place on the left and right. Windows were purchased around 2000. We can't find these and they crack and lose their rigidity. Can you help find the part or something that would work or what the name of the part I would search for? Deanna ... (cont.)

Does anyone know where to purchase the track in the photo? I have seen it or something similar but only from British websites. They are calling them snap in track replacements.

Looking for a replacement coil balance for a Champion Colonial double hung window ~17 - 19lbs.

Please advise if you have any parts that will allow me to lock my patio door. I am missing the key hole, handle, and latch. I have attached photos for your review.
