We have a Nami patio door #5500. The latch is broken. the part number on it is CD-662-9149-PM. On the side it looks like Roto Faico???? Help. Sorry, it had already been removed.

The metal channel is 14 and 5/8". The width is 1/2". The stamp is 14 2 RA, bisected by B.S.I. The window was made by Jeld Wen maybe around 2005. Currently, I need only one balance.

I ordered the 90-005 replacement locks and they fit perfectly but need longer lock to reach into the area between sashes. Do you have these?

Roller is smaller than what I ordered. Cant seem to find the right size to fit the mirror closet doors. I need the smallest roller.

The pivot shoe on my window broke and I matched that up to a 15-192. The pivot bar also broke, but I don't see one on the website. Here is a picture of my old pivot bar. Do you guys have anything comparable or that will work with the new pivot shoe. Please let me know, thanks.

Looking to replace these two slider screed door rollers. I will need the plastic corner covers as well. I cannot find these rollers on your website. I would like to keep the steel support corners in the screen if possible while only replacing the roller and roller pin.

Would you have this part or one that will work? The plastic wheels have and will be breaking off. The wheel diameter is 1 3/8". The thickness of the part that goes into the track is 1/8". Pictured is the one roller I found on door. Need two, other is missing. Nylon roller is 7/8". This example has roller tilted, but I think a straight roller or a roller offset some to rear would work.
