Hi: I have a 30 year old Sliding Door Roller that I need to replace. I can't find one anywhere and was hoping you might have four.

The screws for the lock sit about 5/16" in from the inner edge of the window frame and they are 1" OC.

The metal one is the Krestmark original. I bought the white one from your store and it doesnt work. Do you have one like the metal one?

Problem question Message Body: I have 15 year old vinyl tilt in windows that work very hard.they stay up or any where they stop.spiral balances look grimy greasy black.how do I know if the spiral balances are bad or if the window frame is too tight.
