I removed 2 sash balances from and old Andersen window built in the mid 1970's. I can't make out the windo model type etched on the glass, but I have the old part. On the part are the numbers B224p19/576.

No name or numbers.

"3420" is stamped on the side. I can't tell if I should get the 350, 351 or 390 series. The shoe is 1" long and wide. Looking to replace at least 4 channel balances.

If you have it, I need 4sets.

Small double hung Sears vinyl window has 2 broken coil balance springs. The springs are 1/2" wide and about 35' long unwound. Pictures attached. What is the correct replacement?

The white powder coating looks terrible since it is chipped off and I need my house to look like new again. I'm in need of a 5" bifold door track that can accommodate a 3/8 pivot and guide. I looked at 21-402 but it's not saying in the product description that it will accommodate a 3/8 pivot.

No model numbers on operator mechanism just "TRUTH". Just need a couple of the plastic slides that travel back and forth in the track that is attached to the window frame. thanks

I had a casement window come down in a storm. I ordered a replacement sash and a new operator. I need to order the hardware that attaches to the frame.
