Looking to replace the dozen or so casement window operators, the color should be a light brown similar to the color of Cedar. The Arm is 13 1/2 inches long. It came from a casement window manufactured by supervision and was manufactured by Truth.

My painter lost the whole bag full of these keepers. The outside projection is 7/8" and inside dimension is 3/4". I believe it is a Truth part, but the windows are 14 years old. I would use anything that works. The number on the part is 30981.

Hello,I just replaced both 28" red sashes in one of my Patriot Tilt windows. They work great!When removing the sash covers they both cracked.I couldn't find them on your WEB site. Do you sell them or can you point me to where I can buy them.Thanks,Bill
