I broke out the pin at the end of the scissors type operator on my awning window. I need new pin and clip and looks like there is a sheath type thing on the window itself. See photos.

I'm looking for a casement window hinge for a friend. Does that block of plastic play a role in the hinge operation?

I need to replace the mortise latch and thumb locks for 2 storm doors. They both have the same parts, but diff keys. The handles, plates, etc. are fine. Only the latch and thumb locks need replacement. Would rather know for certain about parts before purchasing.
