Window lock were broken during a break in, just looking for replacement.

Hello, need to order storm door sweep for a Pela store door along with the pile weather stripping.I believe the sweep is 3/8.

I have a Pella storm door model 3825, 9 years old. An intense wind gust hit the door and slammed it shut really hard. Knocked the door latch out of the housing it fits in. I need your help again, this time a center lock for a tilting vinyl window as pictured. The screws are 3" apart. (If the only replacement available has screws further apart, that is OK since I can drill new holes into the frame.)

The plastic spring-loaded lock mechanism broke (I'm actually just looking for that piece because it comes out of the entire lock mechanism pretty easily). But, if I have to buy the whole lock mechanism...so be it. Do you stock this?
