Need replacement for cabinet door hinge on pantry cabinet.

Hi there. Need some assistance in referencing the correct replacement window balance. I have a Caldwell block and tackle balance, 1/2" wide channel, 13" length, 12-5, 1" deep foot, wings on both top and bottom fittings. I'm not certain which item in your catalog best fits this. I have a 1950s picture window in my home with a long narrow window on each side that opens with a crank. I need to remove the cranks completely from their housing. Can you tell me how?
