Looking for replacement pivot shoe and spiral balances for a double hung tilt window. The pivot shoe appears to be 2.25" tall x 1.25" wide and the spiral balance is 30". Any help finding parts ?

We have two double hung windows where our top and bottom balances are broken. Window won't stay up or down depending on the situation.

The Photo on the right shows a broken lock handle. the other two shows a good handle. Cannot find any #'s or marks. I need to get a replacement for the broken one. It has 3 screws to install it. I part on the other window seems to be ok.Thank you for help. John

Our windows are older but still in decent shape. The window lock/keeper has broken and I can't find a replacement or know the brand of window. The only number I can find is "AS-8962." We are looking for retrofit hardware or handles that will work for these windows. Unfortunately there are no markings anywhere on the hardware or the windows themselves. We are under the assumption they are Anderson windows but have no way to tell for sure.
