Hello,This comes from a Melgard window. This plastic piece in on the side of the window. The guide fits into it. Do you have this part?Thanks,Robert

I'm not sure what it's called, but it slides along under the pivot point of the left (from inside) window. I

The part appears to have rusted and a ?post that goes up into the hardware arm is missing/broke off, so the window cranks out, but the bottom pivot point doesn't track with the top, so it jams when moving. I hope that makes sense when combined with the pics? Jim
