A casting inside of the latch mechanism (furthest right in photo) broke and and internal spring is sliding and jamming the latch pawl, so door will not lock. Replacement part(s) needed.

Show is the intact track assembly for the left casement window. The entire SS assembly, including the black part is 10 5/8" long. Unfortunately the right casement window is not operable because the black part is broken. Think the black part may be called a "shoe". It is not sliding, but is fixed ... (cont.)

It is a plastic trim under the metal trim, the metal trim that holds the glass snap in the plastic trim and covers the plastic trim, I found this serial number on the glass - IGCC CBA IGMAC CIG

Unable to determine window manufacturer. Windows are likely from 2003 and are non-tilt. Length of metal channel is 26 3/4". Length is 28" including top and bottom plastic guides. Channel depth is 5/8" and channel width is 5/8"
