I need help in identifying the replacement window spring balancers for a window made by Milgard. It has some numbers printed on it: "23 5 HV CMC 7". These Milgard windows are about 28 years old, house was built in 1996. They are vinyl windows. The steel channel is 33" long on one and 27" long onthe other. The steel channel part is about 9/16" deep and between 9/16"-5/8" wide. They are marked with ink as shown in the photos. Thanks! ... (cont.)

I am looking to install a keyed lock to the exterior of this sliding glass door.

I need to replace a full set of channel balances on HURD double hung window that was installed in 2001. I will need two sizes, 26F & 28E.

Need to replace this lock. 3 11/16 from top screw to bottom screw. Do you have something that would work?
