In need of replacing the crank operation mechanism as shown in pics for 24" wide window. Also need additional crank handles for tenants that lose or break them.Thanks for the help.

I'm looking to replace the latch, which from the images, you can see I think is missing the bottom small push pin which is making it get stuck most of the time when I'm trying to lock and unlock the door. I am looking for a casement cover and replacement handles for an Andersen Bay window(triple) for our kitchen. The screw spacing is 5" from screw to screw. I also need two screws as one is missing for each casement cover.

Looking for replacements. Window does not close fully. The lock does not work.

The roller frame is 1 9/16th highs x 1 15/16th long. The roller is 1 1/2" in diameter and it is metal.

Looking for the bottom key to hold the spring in place and the top catch to hold the window in the track.
