Can I use the 39-031 even though it doesn't have an upward offset or do I have to re-rivet my old link arm to a new operator because it is over 4" and has an upward offset? I also need to replace the casement lock.

Attached are photos of the current broken coil window balances installed. I need help identifying the proper replacement parts. The only identifying marks are "6R" on both sides. The parts inside the window sash are approximately 17/32"- 9/16" deep.

I need to replace this window balance. I can't find a manufacturers mark anywhere on the window. It is a large floor to ceiling window. These corner keys are made of plastic, very flimsy and are breaking as they age. Would love a replacement made of metal if possible. How do you remove and replace these? Measurement is 1 and 1/8" square, back depth is 1/2". Thanks for your help.
