Several of these are broken. The cabinet back wall is thin and screw installation does not seem to work. Current installation looks like a tight hook. Getting them out is also a challenge

I can find no identification on the window. I included pictures of a good show and balance. I need to identify the shoe.

Based on old paperwork, and a call to the installer from 2001, these appear to be Ideal Hometite (HT100) vinyl windows. I have attached images of the internal tilt latch.Would greatly appreciate any guidance. ThxErik
