Anderson window screen latch replacement I need new ones

I've been searching for the above pictured sliding window rollers. Would you have this part in stock? I can't find a manufacturer name on the window nor are there any identifying numbers on the part. My window crank handle that's threaded, when I insert into base that has the hole. It just turns. My crank handle teeth are not stripped. But inside the base hole, I believe it is. I have anderson windows. Original windows. House built 1986. These are double hung windows. They do not tilt. Is there any way to identify the balance hardware with out opening the frame.
