Window does not crank the window in to close on right window

The name on the crank is TRUST. Unsure of brand name of windows. The pictures are from the one that works. See the loose screws in one of the pictures... Entry Guard TRUTH is stamped on the long arm. 20810 is stamped on the shorter arm . 40471 is stamped into the mounting plate. Work on a casment window that has broke crank. I need the correct replacement parts

I thought the handle was stripped, so I bought a replacement. It turns out that the mechanism is shot and needs to be replaced. When you turn the crank, the interior mechanism does not engage well. I have a Provia bathroom window lower crank pin rust out broke

The Latch that turns to lock the door is broke. It is forked on the end of the flat piece that goes into the door and 1/2 of the fork is broken. Would like to replace the whole handle set but not sure of which replacement to use. Doing this for a friend.
