Looking to see what kind of handle this is, i believe the door is an older Milgard door. I don't need the keyed lock.

Can you please help me identify these window balance retainer clips? They are in a vinyl window (mfg unknown).

I noticed my drawer to my bathroom vanity was not sitting right so I got the drawer out and saw this piece in the back was cracked. Will I be able to find a replacement? Thank you

The lower window to channel weatherstrip seals dry rotted due to the sun and heat and now during heavy rains, water leaking past seals. where can I find replacement seals? seals are foam filled and pressed into the channel. thanks Jim

Patio door handle pivots where connected to door frame. It unlocks by pulling handle toward you, locks pushing handle toward door. Internal screw came out on one end. Installed in 2006. If you have these in stock, I'll need 20-24. Outside width measures 1.3" (33.5mm), inside .99" (25mm). .28" 7.2mm. Outside width .26" (6.7mm) inside .25" (6.3mm). These are best I can provide. Shape is not square, but slightly bowed.

The second picture shows where the piece of metal snapped off of the handle where the screw goes in. That is the only part that is broken. Do you have a replacement part for that portion?

These windows are over five years old. Anlin is the manufacturer. They are sliding latches. There are some plastic parts on the interior of the latch that tend to break. I'm looking for either the replacement parts inside the latch, or the whole latch if that's the way they come. Please let me know ... (cont.)
