This is from one of my egress windows. It should be a Truth part. One piece of the hinge has a rust corrosion on it. I am hoping to find the right replacement. Thanks a lot.

The guide part number is 40941 and the arm connected to it part number is 30744B . I tried adjusting the window so it shuts completely but it keeps spinning and doesn't stay in position where I turn it to.

I'm not sure the brand of windows we have but the lock that I've sent in the photo is what we need to replace. I have a few locks where the lever broke off and, therefore, I'm not able to lock or unlock the window.

Does not need to be exactly the same. Number on coils are 35" #4.5 and other coil is # 5.5 35"

I need to replace a broken tilt latch for a patio window, and I believe I have found the right part for that item (26-393B).
