This window was installed 15 years ago. I cannot find a brand. I cannot find any numbers. The problem is that the window will crank open but will not crank shut, so there is a flaw in that little "gear box" inside the window frame. are these pictures good enough? Looking for window springs for lower sash the tilt slides and the pins that stick out from botto window that goes in tilt slides .

Searching for replacement screen parts (see photo) Window is milstone single hung series 1000. Are they still available. The screen channel is 1/4 x 3/4 white aluminum. Original windows have Fl. Extruders Int. label.

Truth dual operating arm #40012 It is the bracket that is attached to the end of the arm and it slides within the tube track that is attached to the bottom of the window.
