Wheel is 2-1/4 appears to be 1/4 inch shaft but hard to tell because it is pressed on.

The handle broke and the mechanism thrown out. As you can see the latch strike is on the outside of the door frame (is that surface mounted?). Not the center. The door is white. The handle could be white or black. Your help is appreciated.

Would like to replace window balance with 2730 BSI (sideway) and NC stamped on old balance. The challenge seems to be finding them with winged plastic ends attached. 0369 is a casement crank that is operational. 0370 shows a crank with a missing pin. I have two cranks with no pin, so I need two pins. Both need to be white.

Crank-out casement window. D series, clad case/awn 076-N-330 is noted on decal. Original seal feels hollow, though now flat and not sealing. Approximately 3/16 inch wide channel seal is in. Need to id correct seal and replace on four windows. Thank you
