I am looking for these guides, four per window. About 1/2 inch long and 3/8 inch wide. The clip on in small indents on the window.

I'm looking for a replacement for the window tilt latch in the picture above. I have not seen anything that looks similar on your site. The part is 2 7/16" long by 3/4" wide. The wording on top says: Caution open sash 2" Before operating latch to tilt ->

The Latches that we need to open up our windows to pull them back to clean them from the outside are broken. There appears to be some kind of a spring inside of them. The windows are 25 years old. Make unk. Double hung. This part holds the spring, uses total of 4 for each window. The pegs from the window go into one hole, set screw in other. It fits inside a channel in the window frame. Thanks in advance for any help, hope you have the product. ... (cont.)

I'm looking to replace the handle on this slider. I can't find any information on the outside of the door that tells me the manufacturer. The pictures I've included aren't great but I believe it is? 3 15/16" on center for the screws. Please help. I need this soon.
