Trying to ID the proper window latch to replace my broken one. Thanks!

Please identify corresponding Swisco part numbers for right and left in Beige/Tan color. My windows are made by Mi Windows and Doors and are Series 4300. My measurements are 2 11/16" Long x 11/16 Wide x 7/16 High. Numbers on the back of the latches are 7383-L and 7383-R. I believe the Mi part numbe ... (cont.)

Can you help me with determining what I need for the handle and keeper? The holes are centered at 4" and the keeper needs to be recessed for a double lock and the recessed part is 5/8" in width. Thanks Jay

Hello, After doing a lot of research regarding a replacement for the window balance I have, I ordered the 29" balance reading 28hd. They were an inch short, and after remeasuring them, they were actually 30" but the stamp on it reads 28hb bsl (28hb, not 28hd). Not sure this makes a difference but I ... (cont.)

Plastic weather stripping on the bottom of the window. The part that slips into the track on the window is 1/4 inch wide. The circular part is about 5/16. These dimensions are on the picture if you can see it. The Alcan windows are about 30 years old. Thank you.
