This appears to be a plastic part with a metal retainer to support the pressure from the spiral balance. Looking for several replacement sash cradles. Any ideas?

I searched the internet and can't find these pivot shoe. They are all plastic. Windows were installed in 2001 when the house was built.

Part of the side mechanism, that keeps the windows from suffering the effects of gravity. I'm assuming the pictures provided are actually showing a "part of a part", and the entire assembly should be replaced. However, you folks are the experts.

The number on the piece are (25 3 EQ CALDWELL) I would like to buy two (left side & right side) so the window new ones on each side for even movement. Thank you for you help. David

Our one lock mechanism broke and the other looks like it is about to. We purchased the home with these windows. There is no name nor numbers on the parts. The window Balances were in terrible shape these pictures are the best I could get. Not sure about which series they are, a couple looked correct but don't know if I'm missing something. I think these are sash or ventilation stops and one part has the letters "VSP" on the side. I accidentally broke the housing on both sides when I tried to open the window. The stops appear to be ok and in working order.

Hello The jambliners appear plastic or some extruded material. Some of the top sashes will fall completely down, and others part way, when simply unlocked. Bottom sashes, when lifted, will fall back.
