The metal part of the balance is 28" the numbers on the balance are 27 5 GV CMC 2 I also submitted a picture of al the marking I could find

I need to replace this part that fits in at the top of my window pane. It works in conjunction with the channel balance. Picture shows a front and side view of this part. One of them broke and i can no longer open/close my window.

I need the entire door handle/lock mechanism to replace this. Can you please tell me what part numbers I need to replace this.

Please refer to my order # 1576819 This item (img_5302) apparently holds the spring in - but I cannot find anything similar on your website. I believe the item on the right is the cover for that piece. My handyman is asking if you have either/both of these pieces available.

Hard to read numbers.. there are two sets of numbers stamped on the balancer.. one reads: E24 9#275-85 the other: 11600-17 Neither of these seem to match your list.

Need replacements for these Anderson patio door tandem rollers with numbers stamped on them as: 7163-2 on the outside casing and 7116-5 on the roller assembly. Closed length is 4 1/16" roller wheel end to roller wheel end by 1 1/4" tall rollers.

Need replacement of this part stripped the turning mechanism.

I have vinyl, tilt windows. I have included 3 pics: 1. Pivot point for balancer and window 2. Balancer fully collapsed 3. Measurements of balancer * Fully collapsed, including the red tip, is 22 3/8" * Fully extended is 44 1/4" * Round tube is about 1/2" or 9/16"

Hi I need a latch like the one in the picture I goes on top of the window frame and latches by turning on and off the catch do you have anything like it ? Preferably brown or I can paint it. Thanks

this lock appears to be 3 3/4" between the attachment holes & 4 1/2" tall over all

looking for this hinge base part # 198.860-01 everyone that I see does not match what I have. It is broken where it mounts. If this is no longer made will need to replace the hinge. This is for a 170 opening Thanks John
