Hello can you help me with replacement of these window balancers left and right please.

I am looking to replace the locking setup and replace the handle sets as well if possible as the lock mechanism is broken due to lock seized up. Lock setup is 11 inch from hole to hole and handle set up is 3 and 15/16 hole to hole

uploaded picture of the top & bottom of the balancer. length 36" x width 5/8" (not including clips/plastic at top or bottom)

Morning there is only a "1" on the market, it's to hold a 3/8" dowel which is a part of a spice rack which is on the inside of a kitchen cabinet door. You've bailed me in out the past, so I thought I'd ask. Thank you!

There are no numbers or names on the screen or window to help identify who made this screen/clip. anything close that I can modify would also work. I can fabricate out of flat metal but it will be a lot of work as I am sure the first couple tries won't work.

Looking for a screen corner replacement. For Pella Proline, approximately 3 yrs old.

The handle slowly stopped working to the point I could only lock/unlock the latch after trying for 10+ minutes every time. The problem wasn't the white handle itself but the inner latch stopped working.. I'm 99% sure I broke off the handle though so I'll need that as well. Don't know if there are ... (cont.)

I've ordered a wrong channel balance and need your help to identify the correct one. It's 1/2" but I cannot figure out the shoe model number. The only markings I see on the broken channel balance is 25 5 TP. Thank you for your help.
