looking for caradco friction shoes for double hung windows from 1984. the spring hook has broken off of a number of the pieces do you have a match?

I ordered some spings a little while ago. Perfect fit. I am struggling to find a match for these though. Hello, one of the fixture bottom of the window got loose. So window does not show down. It is not casement window operator, but on the window side fixture. Could you look at the pictures and let me know which part should I buy and if I can replace it myself?
