an idea who may manufacturer this item? need replacements.

I need a replacement for the door handle and thr lock. The handle is measured 5" from hole to hole. Lock measured 3-4" and about 1" wide

I contacted Bainbridge and they pointed me in your direction as you bought all of their 510 stock. I understand you no longer have any stock but i was hoping you could recommend a replacement. Thank you, Doug

I need to replace two window balances and the only information stamped on the channel is "2020" The actual metal channel measures 21". No window manufacturer information is located anywhere on the window.

I need to make sure that i order the correct hardware. The current hardware is stamped Entry Gard Truth. and then on one of the arms it is stamped 20810a. Viewed from the outside of the window, the hinge is on the right side.

We have replacement windows and the parts on 1 window are broken. It is the lever/latch you press to left or right to tilt window in. And also broken off is the pointed piece that keeps the windows in the track.

Bottom part that fits into balance for bottom right of window pane broke off when attempted to tilt window to wash. Photos show the left side with part intact. Home was built with the windows in 2005. Also have three windows with balances that are not working so unable to raise & lower correctly ... (cont.)
