I can really see any identifying marks but it appears the springs are contained within the plastic housing inserted into the window frame. I haven't taken the windows out yet but assume that if I do so I can pull out the plastic inserts with the springs inside. Or simply replace the entire plastic w ... (cont.)

I think one of the white plastic clips are broken. Insulated Windows look fine but Balances are all beginning to break. I hope my pics are going through. Please let my know if you need any other info. Thanks !!Vic
