The clip holds in a window screen on a atom door. The hardware does not screw in but is held by tension.

I just purchased a house in Farmington hills Michigan. Most windows have these type of closing mechanisms took pictures that I saw but don't know what their replacements are. Can you please assist

Here's the bottom trac and rollers. The track is cupped. I'm thinking to ben but back ot replace.it's mounted on a solid backer board. Also wondering about the rollers. Are they worn beyond servicbke function? They have a grove to fit the track slot. Top guide pic for identification ... (cont.)

Does the attached picture look like a 23-026 bottom guide

I need to replace eight balances labeled 26-3 and two balances labeled 26-4. Every channel measures 27" long (metal length). I also need 4 take-out clips. Photos will accompany this post. I'll be glad to supply any additional information you need.

This part broke. It was secured to the slide on a pull out pantry shelf. How can I get this replacement part?

Tilt latch is 3" long 1 inch wide with 2 screw holes to attach. Lock is 3 7/8 " long and base is 3/4 "wide with 2 screw holes lock mechanism extends 3/8 into lock. Finger pulls are 2 7/8" long and 1 " wide with 2 screw holes.
