Metal channel is 27" long. Has marking : 26 4 DX CMC 11 I am trying to replace this part on both sides in a window. One side string is broken, and on other side the spring has issue. Please Help.

Need help in choosing the correct coil balance spring. Broken spring is 1/2 inch thick with no markings. Seems to be a match with your Series 190 but I don't know which one (440-940).
