I have a vinyl window mechanism that broke so I need two new coil balances (left and right) to repair it. I've attached two photos. The balance says 4R on it. Perhaps you can determine if I need a single coil or a double coil one. And I don't know if this one is the proper strength (weight) for the ... (cont.)

I need to replace 4 window balances. They are marked 2830 and also 28C. The length of the metal channel is 29". The width of the channel is 1/2". Each sash weighs 19 lbs. Purchaced a 1957 home, latch for small window in laundry room crumbled when attempted to use, need replacement. Says "KELLER" on top. Half circle type that you rotate to lock/unlock.

The Sliding door came from PGT. They manufacture impact windows here in Florida. The sliding doors work fine it is the screen sliding door where are these clay glides have rusted. Part #1060-1540 I need the entire handle with this lock. I ordered the suggested handle and it does not work because this lock is too wide I am going to have to return the handle because it does not work
