I ordered Peco Sliding Roller 87-057 from you. It isn't the correct size. Peco is the smaller roller in the pictures attached. I need help identifying the larger roller in the picture. I purchased the house in 2001 I'm assuming the windows were replaced after Hurricane Andrew. I don't know if any of that is relevant, but I'm thinking it'll give you a better idea how old they are.

My single hung window is not functioning properly. I think it is one or both of these things (balances?). The length (nic plastic fittings) is 22". The only writing I could find said "21 3".Can you identify and do you have replacement parts?Chris

Looking for a window channel balance replacement. The only markings found on the channel is 28B. Can't seem to find any with a matching bottom shoe. Would something universal work? Any recommendations?
