This is 2 5/8" long. The top is 11/16" wide. The bottom is 9/16" wide. The height is 7/16". I don't see the same one on your site, but I may have overlooked it. Our house is about 20 years old, so I imagine these latches are also about that age.

Please let me know if you have this part or one that would work. I don't know the brand of the windows. I live in South Florida and the house Was built in the early 90's Thank you Kurt Sampson

This is for a window that was put in my home back in 1998. It has a part number on the channel labeled 2330. It is spring assisted pulley. What channel part do I need? The entire pulley rope has dry rotted and broke.

this part is on both sides and you pull them in to lay the window down both parts slide out of the top
