Hello, I have 7 Regency windows with various broken pivot shoes and even more broken pivot pins. I know the pivot feet are 26-164 ( Part has #2369R) on it. Not 100% on what shoes and retainers I need. Can you confirm for me that I need 15-056 anfd 15-105?

The sashes are good. The springs and lashes inside the "tracks" are gone/damaged, rusted etc. is it possible to replace the double tracks on both sides. They are a unit that is help in place by two screws.
