I thought I ordered the correct part on order 1527107 - but I guess I didn't - please review the attached and let me know which part I really need - thanks.

We have a 5 year old Silver Line sliding glass door that the lock broke. We need assistance with finding a replacement part and possibly a handle for the door. See attached photos and email me with any questions.ThanksPerry

The lockset screw is broken. I'd like to purchase a replacement mechanism. Lockset is 1 1/8" deep. Screw holes are 4 11/16" apart. Inside it says it is a 2260. Us Patent 51257030340398

I can only find this window glazing in white or black 3/8 x 9/32. I'm needing it in gray 1/2 x 9/32. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered some clips from you that looked on line like the ones I had but they were too small. This clip is 2" long and 1and 3/8" wide. The clips you sent looked like they might have worked but were too small. If you have some this size, they should work. Thank you,Karen

11600-17 is the only number on the balance. Picture above. The each window surface, upper or lower, area is 24"wide by 20" tall

I have a PGT single hung window approx. 12 years old. I need new balancing springs and sash guides. I have attached pictures of these parts. I am looking for a Wright Fairmont Storm Door Mortise Handle and Lock. It seems to be discontinued in a lot of places.

I have Alcoa windows. House was built in 1995. I need a lower half of a window that can tilt out. The glass panes have moisture in them.

My Mastic windows were installed in 2001. Most are in really good shape except for the tilt latches have snapped off in a few. Do you have parts to replace them? It looks as though they just snap in -- no screws.

Locking mechanism is missing located next to handle.

this window is missing the right and left handed latches that hold the window in place and also allow you to change the window position in the door. I've spent a lot of time on google today and I've found such latches for sale but I can't find them now. One site showed a narrow spring I think goes b ... (cont.)

This roller is from a Patio Door installed in Florida (Tampa Area). There are no identifiers on the Roller, nor on the Door. Need to purchase rollers for all three patio doors. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
