I need the lower locking mechanism pictured above for a French door.This is the lower lock mechanism of a French door to keep it from opening. I only need this part, the lower part. The upper part is identical but has a longer rod and is it good to go

We have a sliding door, 200 Series, Perma Shield- Anderson Windows. See photos- the receiver latch (1st photo) measures 5 1/2 inches long. The latch plate with handle that opens and closes the hook, which is above the handle in 3rd photo, measures 3 1/4 inches. And the part with thumb latch, photo 2 ... (cont.)

Hello, I have some pretty old windows (installed in '89) and I'm looking to replace the spiral balance and pivot shoes. The balances themselves have this coil wrapped around them but the metal tube itself is 3/8". I'm assuming I would go with th3 3/8" spiral balance but then I didn't see any with a ... (cont.)

I am looking for a track replacement for the above. I think is a 23-256 but can't find the specs or how to order it. I need a 5 foot track section. I also need the one roller which I think is part number 23-028 but want to confirm this is the right one. Thanks

This is a comfort plus window circa 2001.

There are two hinges on the cabinet door and one is broken. The little teeth on the part closer to the hinge are broken. I included pictures of the good one and the broken one. I cannot find any writing or numbers on them anywhere.
