Hello, I need to replace our window balancers. It states 27.5 I21U CMC on them. Ive attached a picture. We are just trying to figure out which one we should order. Thanks

I know the size of the coil spring is 3/4", but I don't know the length or weight is. The spring cover is 1 9/16". The window size is 30x65.

What I need is the hand crank assembly, it is worn on the inside of the mechanism and no longer catches leaving the rod to freely move up and own with out locking. The brand of the hardware is "Truth"

The shaft has separated from the operator. The brass gear that locks in the shaft can not be screwed back in properly. So I believe I will need to replace the entire casement operator.
