My Balance has the following numbers on it. 14 5 perpendicular to the 5 is what looks like BSI or BS1 then VT Wondering if you can get the part and how much for 2. I did see a post with the exact balance with someone saying it was special order. Thank you Ralph

I am looking to install a keyed lock to the exterior of this sliding glass door.

I need to replace a full set of channel balances on HURD double hung window that was installed in 2001. I will need two sizes, 26F & 28E.

Need to replace this lock. 3 11/16 from top screw to bottom screw. Do you have something that would work?

Attached are photos of my Milgard block and tackle that broke this morning. Is it pooible to just get a replacement for the broken line? If not then I'll need help with the correct part number for a replacement unit.

This is a keyless lock that needs to be replaced. The latch on the inside does not latch, can this be switched out for a lock with a key?

One of our balances broke from the string and fell out of the window so I will need to replace it. The metal bracket itself is 27" long and the shoe is 1-3/32"

I purchased a home that has a sliding glass door (probably late 1970s vintage) that has a key lock in the handle. However, there are no keys. The handle appears to be identical to the Wright VK1104 handle sold at the local Lowes, and similar to your 82-261 handle. My door is only a little over an in ... (cont.)

The hinges I have seem warn and hard to keep adjusted. Corner cabinet two panel door . Lazy Susan door or hinge ?

Just picked this up and would like to get a keyed hande for it.

I have 4 windows that need bith right and left side part replaced. The pole at the bottom of the window rides inside the metal part, while the plastic piece rides inside the side window channels.
