can you help identify this part? i recently ordered the channel balance and found out the top sash guide also needs to be replaced. it broked on one side but will order 2 pcs as the "good" side needs to be replaced as well. thank you

I have 6 channel balances, but none are functional, so I can't show you them installed. I suspect this is a S351-32, but I'm looking for confirmation. The metal channel is 32 inches. Looking to confirm this is the correct part as I don't want to order the wrong one.

I have handle 82-086 from you. I'm trying to determine if I can buy something like 82-226 or 82-227 to get the current handle to work since I broke of the extensions. Or if I need to buy handle 82-030A and just not worry about the lock mortise.

These Milgard windows are about 28 years old, house was built in 1996. They are vinyl windows. The steel channel is 33" long on one and 27" long onthe other. The steel channel part is about 9/16" deep and between 9/16"-5/8" wide. They are marked with ink as shown in the photos. Thanks! ... (cont.)
