This is a Sterling window door. I'm looking for a replacement handle

I have an old wooden double hung window. The spring balance on the bottom sash is broken on one side. I need to replace the balances. The window measures 20 inches top to bottom and is 28 inches wide. it weights 8 pounds. There is a channel routed out on each side that is 5/8 inch wide. I was thinki ... (cont.)

It looks like I did find the the item on this website, but wasn't entirely sure if there are different sizes of this model or simple generic one that is utilized for sliding doors that have this particular roller.

the ends are 15-198 and the shoe cam is 15-194. I think it is a series 795 tlock. I thought I had ordered from you before. the imprint on the metal is 28D eBSI. need Two of these. I have the cam locks in the windows to keep them in line.
