I have a bay window,both sides open with a stationay center window. Both cranks are stripped. The only number I can find is 45251 on the back section underneath.

No numbers on any items in photos. Looking for several pivot shoe replacements and related hardware

Please help identify proper part number to order. Writing on balance is "14 4 IQ Caldwell" Those are the only markings. Sorry, I should've done this sooner. I placed an order but just cancelled it after looking at the balance and realized it didn't look like the right part.

I have 2 broken Milgard balancers to replace. They are 27" long and 1/2" wide. The widow height is 28 3/4. The number on the balancer is 2690 (CE B.S.I.) 29. The date on the window is 1993 if that helps.

I have a door that is hard to open and close. I can spray it with silicone lube and it slides ok for a couple days and then back to hard to close. I'm assuming it's rollers as the track is in great shape. Tried adjusting, too. That made it work better for a while but then goes back to being out of p ... (cont.)
