Hi I am needing help tracking down this part for a single hung window. Can you assist?

Can you help me identify toe replacements spring assemblies?

I am looking for between 3 and 14 replacements for 1-1/4" diam. knobs for a Pennsylvania House dresser which I own. Images (with ruler) are attached for what are current knob, back, and machine screw (although the screw needs to be lengthened about 1/8" due potentially to some swelling in the wood) ... (cont.)

Part Number: 26 4 EW CMC 10 (winged) Is this part still available? If not, what is the replacement part? I've read that replacement does not need the plastic wing at one end, but I would like to stay original if possible. Thank you for your time. Mark B.

I cannot tell which replacement part number that I need. There are no number stamped on the channel balance. The metal piece is 29 inches long.

I'm having trouble identifying the latch/lock part of some Milgard windows. They were installed around 2004, can't see any part number anywhere. I'm missing one of the handles of a permanently locked window.

These are Hallmark brand windows approximately 25 years old. Many have a broken seal between the outer and inner panes. On the aluminum edge is engraved MTOL- 91-NC1029-CBA-see picture. Is there a replacement for these?
